Both locations I frequent share a consistent, cookie-cutter layout, making it easy to navigate. I would rate this meal prep service 4.5 stars!! It's the best meal service I've ever done (my history includes about 5 other services). This company has SEVERAL options, most of them change weekly. They offer a "traditional meals" selection, which are slightly higher in carbs and calories. They also offer healthier meal options (vegan, keto, etc), that are low in carbs and calories. The healthy meals are VERY tasty, and always fresh; we get about 8-10 a week and love them. The food is ACTUALLY good (usually these companies have food that tastes like cardboard). The meals are easy; they only require getting heated in the microwave 1-2 minutes. Most meals include a sauce (my favorite part about them). A healthcare (and military) discount is offered; but even without one, each one is only $7.77. Meals come out every Sunday and it's super easy to pop into the store (several other locations in addition to WPB) and grab a bunch (if that's not an option, they have delivery). They have microwaves and tables in the store as well, if you ever want to stop by and have lunch/dinner. Customer service is always friendly. My one complaint would be quality control needs to be improved. A certain meal one week will have 10 green beans, and the SAME meal the next week will have 30. Also, the steak is sometimes VERY fatty (and other times it's tender and all actual meat). It's a bummer when the meal you get is 50% fat. Other than that, love Ideal Nutrition and would highly recommend them!

Very friendly employee- she was there both days I went into the store. I absolutely love the prepped meals. I understand why the Parmigiana Chicken is a popular one. BOMB! So convenient especially for me because I'm a flight attendant. I bought several meals to take with me on my work trip.

The cooked food is good. I would recommend it, it's mixture of different Latin food, savory and the price is reasonable.

Love it! Two different friends of mine are already using! This is my fourth different time using a prepared meal company. I have tried two others from Florida and one national company. Those were ok. Good at first but then the same tired crap. This place is awesome. 1. You can deliver or go into a storefront 2. Food is fresh and soooo many options I work in Rosemary Square so I walk over to pick the ones I want. Which is fantastic because you can buy just 1 or all of them! Because they are fully precooked all you are doing is reheating them like you would gourmet left overs from that fancy restaurant (you know the one on the island) and that explains the quality of the food. I cannot tell you which is my favorite because i have loved each one equally so far. The portions do look small and the food tastes so good you lick the sides to get every last bit. But when you wait 5 minutes you realize how full you are. I do two meals a day. Lunch and dinner because breakfast is a quick grab and go at home (mostly kodiak waffles). I eat all the different styles traditional, paleo, keto and i love the vegan ones too. I need a lot of protein for cycling so I have to keep those to a minimum. Enjoy!!!!

LOVE idea nutrition. Their meals are always fresh and delish! On weeks where I'm swamped with cake orders this place helps with lunch and dinner for both me and my husband. Our favorite meals and must tries are the Keto butter steak, pork and congri, any of the fish meals, and pasta meals. The portions are great and filling. These meals not only help you keep a healthy diet but also provide an easy way of living when you don't want to cook. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Their BOGO deals are also a win! Definitely recommend this place!

I made the decision to try to eat better. My trainer told me small meals, tons of protein. I had no idea how to properly prepare my meals without adding things that I didn't need. Then I came across Ideal Nutrition. I can't remember how, but I did. I was skeptical from the jump. There was no way someone else making my meals could possibly do so and I be full and the meals .. delicious. But, I placed my first order and I was ready to hate it. The food showed up as promised in an insulated bag to ensure freshness. Delivered by a friendly young man. All meals were packaged neatly and everything that I ordered was present. I had my mouth fixed for the skirt steak so that is what I tried first. As soon as I took my first bite, it was a wrap. It was well seasoned, perfectly prepared and with all that it came with I was satisfied. I quickly became a regular, ordering enough for my lunches and dinners. Combined with exercise, water and their breakfasts occasionally I dropped 45 lbs in 3 months. Four of my friends soon followed. I really love that I had the option to go to their location and pick things up in case I was in a bind. The pricing is more than fair, and their customer service is superior. For anyone looking to eat smart no matter what your dietary needs are, they seem to have a wide variety of options. I really, really love their muffins for breakfast. So much protein, so little effort. It's a no brainer.

I was introduced to Ideal Nutrition to a friend of mine for healthy eating and portion control. I make a weekly trip up there on Sunday's to pick up my food for the week. Their food is good, huge selection and each meal is only $7, which is pretty darn cheap...don't think you can eat fast food anymore for only $7. The only complaint I have is that there are not more vegan options, they do a lot of chicken, so someone that doesn't eat red meat will be very happy but I would love to see more meatless options. The meatless options they do have are very good and satisfying but I'd like to not eat the same thing daily. I live in Boca so it's a bit of a drive but they are finally opening a location on Palmetto in East Boca, so they will be a lot closer soon. If you're looking for a healthy place to pick up meals, this is it....they also deliver if you're close enough.

So I've been eating this food for two weeks now. They have a nice variety of Keto, Paleo, Traditional and vegetarian. I have a few favorites, which I am lucky seems to be a weekly menu items. The Eggplant Parm is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. It is delicious. The only issue I have the the eggplant parm is that there is not enough sauce for the rice noodles. They have a cauliflower Shawarma which is another fave of mine, as well as a lentil meal and a grilled chicken and sweet potato and broccoli. There has not been any meals that I would not recommend. For $7 a meal you can not beat it.

Soooo, I'm never cooking again. I've always wanted my own personal chef and with ideal nutrition, I can pretend that I have my very own chef cooking up my daily meals. This service is amazing. They have such great healthy meals that are $7 a piece. Every meal is 7 bucks, that's it. They don't charge extra for beef or chicken etc. they have a wide variety of options from Keto to Vegan, Fish, they even have breakfast options. If you're not trying to go outside, they will even deliver your meals when you sign up for the subscription. I can't get enough of this place. I have been eating so healthy, I'm pretty sure I've already lost 5 pounds. Summer is coming! And this time, I'm gonna be ready! Nom Nom Nom
